   Proposal Description:
   The aim of this project is to establish cognitive and risk profiles associated  with preclinical Alzheimer's Disease (AD). We propose to investigate whether   early cognitive performance is associated with post-mortem diagnoses of Normal, Alzheimer???s disease, or Other Neuropathology. Further, we plan to investigate whether the presence of one or more known AD risk factors (APOE-4 status, positive family history of dementia, and subjective memory complaints) is associated with early cognitive performance and subsequent autopsy findings.
